Construction is set to begin in 2025, with the first home’s estimated build time at just 40 days. The remaining four homes will be printed two at a time, accelerating the overall timeline. Estimated completion for the full project is Q4 of 2025.

Our groundbreaking project in Islip, NY, sets a new standard with over 50% of the home 3D printed. This includes the foundation, footings, slab, interior and exterior walls, and insulation. Utilizing our proprietary nozzle, we’ve even 3D printed the insulation inside the walls. This innovative approach showcases the future of home construction, emphasizing efficiency and sustainability.
